Desired skills ( वांछित कौशल ) : Skills/ Attributes: Technical Through knowledge of agronomical practices of cultivated crops including fodder crops, grasses, trees etc. Knowledge of Fodder seed production, processing, treating, packing & testing; Farm equipments required for seed bed preparation, irrigation, harvesting and pick up devices; Computer application. Skills/ Attributes: Managerial Management of fodder farm including procurement of inputs, labour management, data recording, marketing of seeds. Working languages: Hindi, English & Gujarati
Job responsibilities / description ( उत्तरदायित्व) :1. development of moringa orchard for seed production 2. planning and execution of farm activities 3. DEVELOPMENT OF Reporting and data management SYSTEMS
