Pay scale ( वेतन ) : The selected candidate shall undergo contractual appointment for 3 years and renewal shall be subject to satisfactory performance. On completion of contractual period, he/she shall be absorbed in regular grade of the Company subject to satisfactory performance and at that time shall be required to execute a Service Agreement for three years of Rs.1,00,000/- Recruit shall be paid monthly lump-sum remuneration of Rs. 8,500/- per month. Annual increment of Rs. 300/- shall be given.
Educational requirements ( शैक्षिक आवश्यकता ) : Completed ITI in Fitter / Boiler Attendant with minimum 60%, passed NCVT exam in Boiler Attendant trade and possessing Second Class Boiler Attendant Certificate (Full-time course from recognized institution)
Desirable qualifications ( वांछनीय योग्यता ) : Possessing First Class Boiler Attendant Certificate
Desired skills ( वांछित कौशल ) : -Good knowledge of latest technologies for Boilers, Gas/Steam Turbines pertaining to Power Plant Operation. -Knowledge of computer operation is essential
Age limit ( आयु सीमा ) : Not more than 26 years as on 01-01-2017
