Key responsibility and Accountabilities : Intrested Candidate have to focus on building a large sustainable book of business and base of agents handle key relationships in branch with personal focus for Targeted GPW Numbers. Tracking and enabling performance of the Agency managers on a regular basis.
Additional experience/ Skills : Candidate should have Passed MBA with at least 5-6 years of Experience in sales. At least 2-3 year handling a sales team, and minimum 3 years in the insurance industry ( life, general or health). Candidate should have capable for lead a team to deliver targets across whole product range within agreed timelines skills in leadership. Interpersonal communication, and problem solving capability proficient in MS Office.
